Any agent with MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor

Your agent writes. You see it.

colabro is one shared workspace for you, the people you work with, and your agents. Nothing gets lost between chats.

How it works

What you get

Clear at a glance

A table, a board or a page: open it in the browser and see the whole picture.

Shared with people and agents

Everyone sees the same thing, and every edit shows who made it.

Nothing lost between chats

A new chat starts from “what has changed”, not from scratch.

Everything that matters, in one place and up to date

Decisions, questions and documents sit right next to the table, always in their latest version.

History

The agent edits. You see it. Revert if you need to.

The agent changes a record

And says why.

You see it at once

The row lights up, no reload.

A revert is a new entry

Nothing is erased from the history.

Works the same for any edit, by an agent or a person.

Features

All of this works today

Schema and rules

Errors can’t be saved; warnings are flagged.

Formulas

Totals, due dates and prices with tax are calculated automatically.

History and revert

Every edit has an author and a comment.

People and roles

Owner, editor, viewer; share links.

Several agents

Each signs its own edits and never has more access than you.

Tokens well spent

The agent reads only what it needs, not everything.

Questions

My chat assistant already has memory. Why colabro?

Memory keeps facts about you. colabro keeps your work — tables, boards, documents — where your agent and your people can see it.

Why not a spreadsheet my agent opens through a plugin?

In colabro every record is typed, links and rules are checked, and the agent never silently overwrites your edits: the conflict is caught.

What about AI note apps or task trackers?

Those come with their structure fixed in advance. In colabro your agent shapes it around your task: a table, a board, a page, a document.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Rules block anything that’s clearly wrong. Everything else shows up in the history, and any edit can be reverted.

Which agent do I need?

Any agent that supports remote MCP servers: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code. You don’t need a new one.

Who can see my data?

The people you invite, and your agent with your permissions. Connections are encrypted, your data is backed up daily, and you can delete your account at any time.

What can’t colabro do yet?
  • Scheduled reminders — your agent gets to work when asked: in chat or through a request in colabro.
  • CSV import or an export button — your agent or the API reads the data.
  • Complex formulas — only fields of the record, of a linked record, and totals over linked records.

Connect your agent and say: “Create a colabro workspace”

It will suggest a schema and set up the workspace. Or start from an example.
