Terms of Service: summary
Summary of the Russian version of 5 October 2026.
This is a summary for convenience. The legally binding version is the Russian one: Terms of Service in Russian. In case of discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
What this document is
- The Terms set the conditions for using the colabro service at colabro.app (the Service). The parties are the operator of the Service, Автор сервиса colab (физическое лицо) (the Operator), and you as a user.
- The Terms are a public offer. By signing up, signing in or otherwise using the Service you accept them in full and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- The Service may be used by persons with full legal capacity aged 18 or over.
The Service
- The Service stores structured data in workspaces; you work with it in the browser, through AI agents and other applications, and can share workspaces with other people.
- It is free and provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator may change, suspend or stop the Service or its features, including without prior notice.
- It is not meant for special categories of personal data (health, political views, religious beliefs, criminal records and the like), biometric data, payment card data, state secrets, or passwords and access keys to other systems.
Your account
- You sign in with Google, Yandex or a password, if that method is enabled. You give accurate details, keep your password, personal tokens and access links secret, and are responsible for everything done with your account, its tokens and the applications connected to it.
- If you suspect someone has access to your account, end the sessions and revoke the tokens and applications on the Account page, and tell the Operator.
Your content and your responsibility
- Content is everything put into workspaces: records, schemas, views, comments to edits. Your content is what you put in yourself, what the agents and applications you connected put in, and what the members and guests you gave access to your workspace put in. You alone are fully responsible for your content, its lawfulness, your rights to it, and whom you give access to. The owner of a workspace is responsible for the access they grant, each member for their own edits.
- The Operator does not check, moderate or change content and only stores it and shows it to those you gave access to.
- If you enter data about other people (including their email addresses in invitations), you decide the purposes and scope of that processing and guarantee you have a lawful basis for it, including their consent where required, and that you comply with the law on personal data.
- You keep all rights to your content and give the Operator a free non-exclusive right to store, copy (including into backups), process and show it to those you gave access to, only to run the Service and for as long as it is stored.
- If third parties or state authorities make claims against the Operator because of your content or actions, you settle them yourself and reimburse the Operator's costs.
What is forbidden
In short: content that breaks the law of the Russian Federation (extremist materials, calls to violence, sexual exploitation of minors, ways of making drugs and weapons and other prohibited information); other people's personal data without a lawful basis and information protected by law (state, commercial, banking and other secrets) without the right to it; infringing the rights of others; malicious code, including in views; phishing, mailings, distributing files or hosting sites for the general public; getting around quotas, access restrictions and sign-in, guessing passwords and links, overloading the Service, looking for vulnerabilities without the Operator's consent, creating accounts in bulk; impersonating someone else.
AI agents and applications
- You can connect AI agents and other applications (over MCP, OAuth or a personal token). A connected application acts on your behalf and with your rights; its actions count as yours. You are responsible for choosing the agent, for your instructions and for the result; check its edits: the journal and undo help to fix a mistake but do not guarantee it.
- Data an agent reads from the Service goes to the agent's provider (for example, the developer of the language model) by your decision and on that provider's terms. The Operator is not responsible for how providers of agents process data.
- You can revoke an application or a token at any time on the Account page.
Quotas and restrictions
- The Service has quotas (workspaces, records, members, views, amount of data, frequency of changes and others); the current values are in the help, and the Operator may change them.
- Without prior notice the Operator may restrict access, block an account, revoke an access link, or delete content or a workspace if the Terms or the law are broken, an authorised state body requires it, a user's actions threaten the security or operation of the Service, or a justified complaint about content is being checked.
No guarantees and limits of liability
- The Operator does not guarantee that the Service works without interruptions and errors, suits your purposes, or that data will not be lost. Backups are made daily and kept for 30 days, but restoring data on request is not guaranteed. Keep copies of important data yourself.
- The Operator is not liable for content, for the actions of agents and applications, members and guests of workspaces, sign-in providers and other third parties, or for losses, lost profit and loss of data arising from using or being unable to use the Service, except for the Operator's intent and other cases where the law does not allow such a limit.
Deleting data and leaving
- An owner can delete their workspace at any time; this cannot be undone: records, edit history, members and the access link are deleted.
- You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time: Account → Delete account, confirmed with your password or by signing in again with Google or Yandex. The account of the administrator of the Service and the account named in the server settings are deleted by the Operator on a request from the email address of the account.
- Deleted together with the account, irreversibly: the workspaces where you are the only owner, with all their content; your membership in other workspaces (workspaces with another owner remain); your views, tokens, connected applications and sign-in methods. Your edits in the workspaces that remain stay in their content and history, without your name and email address.
- Deleted data stays in the backups (daily ones and those made before a database structure update) for no longer than 30 days and is then deleted with them.
- The Operator may shut the Service down, warning users on its site in advance where possible.
Changes to the Terms
The Operator may change the Terms. A new version is published on the page of the Russian text with its date and applies from publication unless it says otherwise; about significant changes the Operator warns in the Service where possible. Using the Service after a change means accepting the new version.
Governing law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies. Before going to court a party sends the other a claim, which is answered within 30 days. Disputes are heard by the court at the Operator's location, unless the law, including consumer protection law, provides otherwise.
